How to Request a Replacement Credit Card and/or PIN

Delivery Timeline Once your request is submitted, your replacement credit card and/or PIN will be delivered within seven (7) business days via TTPOST, using the mailing address recorded in our card system.

Ways to Request Your Replacement

1. Online Banking

Follow these steps:

  1. Log in to Online Banking at www.firstcitizensgroup.com
  2. Click the “My Services” main tab
  3. Select “Credit Card/ PIN Replacement”
  4. Complete the required fields

2. Mobile Banking Application

Here’s how to request your replacement via our Mobile App:

  • Tap the “Dashboard” icon (top right of your screen)
  • Select “Cards”
  • Under the CREDIT section, view your listed cards
  • Tap the card number to be replaced (only the last 4 digits are shown)
  • Tap ‘Services’, then ‘Replace’
  • Fill in the required fields as prompted

Cost of Replacement

A replacement and delivery fee of TT $50.00 will be charged to your credit card.

Please note: For PIN replacement requests, a new replacement card is also generated and sent along with the new PIN.

If you reside outside of Trinidad and Tobago, all replacement requests must be made via Online Banking. Your replacement card and/or PIN will be delivered via FedEx, and you must accept the delivery charges, which vary depending on your location.
