Conflict of Interest Rules Statement

First Citizens completed Phase 2 of the corporate legal restructure of the First Citizens Group effective October 1, 2024.

With the First Citizens Bank Limited Vesting Order 2024 coming into effect on October 1, 2024, the shares of the following subsidiaries of First Citizens Bank Limited were transferred to First Citizens Group Financial Holdings Limited (FCGFHL):

• First Citizens Trustee Services Limited
• First Citizens Depository Services Limited
• First Citizens Investment Services Limited

This change required a revised Form 23 – Conflict of Interest Rules Statement for three (3) of the Group’s entities. These are accessible below for your information.
