Access Outstanding Balance/ Real Time Available Spend

Your Credit Card Outstanding Balance is the total amount you owe on your credit card. This figure includes purchases, fees and any interest charged if the full outstanding amount was not paid by the due date. Real Time Available Spend is the amount available to be spent on your card at any given time.

Online Banking

  • Log into Online Banking via the URL www.firstcitizensgroup.com
  • Click on your Credit Card number
  • The following fields are displayed on the left of your screen:
    • Statement Date
    • Opening Balance
    • Charges Credits
    • Available Limit
    • Payment in Full
    • Minimum Payment
    • Payment Due Date

For your Real Time Available Spend, after clicking on your Credit Card number, click the green link on the right of the screen Click here for Real Time Available to Spend.

  • Click on the “Dashboard” icon located on the top right corner of your screen
  • Select “Cards” – The CREDIT option located to the top of your screen is highlighted by default and all credit cards are displayed
  • Select the card number (only the last 4 digits are displayed)
  • The following card details are displayed on your screen:
    • Current Balance
    • Available Balance
    • Payment in Full
    • Minimum Payment
    • Payment Due Date
    • Statement Date
    • Pending Transactions
  • For your Real Time Available Spend, once your card details are displayed, ensure you ‘refresh’ the page by holding and sliding your screen downwards. The ‘Available Balance’ amount displayed is your real time spend.

Telebanking

  • Call 62-FIRST (623-4778)
  • Select 1 for Personal customer
  • Enter CIF number and Pin
  • Press 2 for Credit Card Inquiries
  • Press 2 for Credit Card Balance
